DSP's tensions with Young Musician

DSP's tensions with Young Musician
He created a sensation with his voice during the start of this new millennium and remained as an unbeaten star till the recent past. But for any musician, there will be a sharp u-turn in his career despite  their award winning performances and magical touch.

The man we are talking about is none other than Devi Sri Prasad alias DSP, the maestro of Telugu Cinema music. Other than Jr NTR's 'Adurs', dubbing film 'Yamudu' and Charmi's 'Sye Aata', the music king is not having any flick to his credit in 2010. His upcoming venture is another tamil flick 'Manmadan Ambu', where Kamal Hassan plays the lead role. The young music director has only one straight Telugu film in his hand, which happens to Ram Charan's Merupu.

Now, there comes another music director who seems to be a remix of Mani Sharma and AR Rahman in his work. Young Musician Thaman is rocking the circuit in the lines of DSP. With the tremendous success of Raviteja's 'Kick' in 2009 and Jr NTR's 'Brindavanam' in 2010, the young music man is shaking the Telugu Circuit. Jr NTR also confirmed that he is planning to team up with Thaman again. Thaman is getting ready with another interesting release in December that is Nagarjuna's 'Ragada', where the audio is already rocking. With projects like Raviteja's 'Mirapakaya' and  Mahesh Babu's 'Dookudu', the young gun proved to be a tough competitor for Devi Sri Prasad. One reason that is favoring Thaman is said to be his remuneration that is comparatively low with that of DSP, who charges almost a crore per film. Let us see whether DSP can revive back his lost glory.
